I'm new and experimenting with Jellyfin and I've used MakeMKV to rip a blu-ray for a television show and when it finished it created a number of files with the name of:

    The Venture Bros. Season 4_t00.mkv
    ...
    ...
    ...
    The Venture Bros. Season 4_t25.mkv

This includes all episodes and extra content but there isn't anything in the name which correlates to the episode or even the order of the episodes. For example of the 16 episodes the last episode of the season is named "The Venture Bros. Season 4_t05.mkv" and nearly all the other episodes have higher numbers so I have no way of correlating the file names to the episode.

Is there a way that I can match the episode with the file so I don't have to watch each episode to identify the episode?

I should also mention that I am new to both Jellyfin and MakeMKV  so may have missed something obvious with both programs.

Noooooope. You gotta watch them. You can make assumptions. USUALLY they are in order, like t00 would be the first episode and t03 would be the fourth episode, but sometimes they are not. Sounds like they aren't in your case with Venture Brothers. And I've encountered this with other shows myself.

No shortcuts that I'm aware of.
