    Hi,

I don't know where this Playlist came from into my Library, but I can't delete it, there is no option for that anywhere.

It's empty and there is nothing inside.

    Please see attached screenshots.

    Thanks!

If you have any playlists in Jellyfin, that "folder" will appear in the home row.

If you don't want to see it, you can remove it from your home screen in the Home menu.

Click on your profile picture in the top right > Home.  Scroll down and you will see "Playlists".  Uncheck the box to remove from your home row.

What do you mean "If you have any playlists in Jellyfin"? Where do I have them? How to delete them?
I want to remove it for all users, not just one user.

I did some testing and it should disappear when there are no playlists so something is going on that is preventing it from being removed.

Can you share your server log via pastebin?

I deleted the Playlist folder in the data folder and restarted Jellyfin, now I can see what is causing this to reappear. I have some .m3u files in my library and now it's showing inside the Playlist item in the Dashboard.

I read that others who had the same issue also had m3u/cue files in their library folder which is the case with me as well. So maybe it's because of that.

But I'm just wondering why Jellyfin doesn't have a way to ignore these files or choose what to delete or keep in the library from Playlists?

Someone might choose to keep the .m3u files in case they want to use them with other programs, so now I'm forced to rename them to something like playlist.m3u.disabled to prevent Jellyfin from picking them up.
