Uninstall trouble on Windows

Downloaded latest jellyfin today and uninstalled it and when I restart PC this pops up

Click start, type Taskmanager, click the startup tab. Do you see any references to jellyfin in there?

yes i do

i have disabled it and restarted and now it does not attempt to boot on startup

Strange that the uninstaller didn't remove the startup reference. When you uninstalled were there any error messages during the process?

no error message at all, this is latest current jellyfin

also i asked to deleted server folder on uninstaller prompt yet it was still on my pc
