Updating Web Client?

stupid question but are we supposed to update web clients on every PC I use Jellyfin on? As all I really do is go to to my site which as of now is at 10.9.11 that I never downloaded or update.

Additional question is should I worry about what build version it is? As it is its shown as so:

Server version
10.10.0
Web version
10.9.11
Build version
10.9.11

Delete client cache should solve that

ctrl+f5 should work, but deleting the cache will work if ctrl+f5 doesn't.
