UPS rstarting your QNA NAS

Hi.

My Qnap tvs-h874 is protected with an UPS pluged in USB.
When the power shut down, the NAS turne off after 5 minutes.
So far it is ok.
But, when the power come back The NAS does not restart. (It setup like this in the menu power restore)
I guess the problem is , the UPS always  powered the NAS. 
So if the power shut down is too short your NAS never turn back on.

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
