User not showing up in any statistics

Hi all,
I've setup an user a couple of months ago. I was looking at his stats and discovered it only used ther server once and then never logged in again, no entries in Jellystat or the Playback Plugin, nor on the events page. However, he's adamant that he's using the server, on both his phone and tablet, both android based, and finished watching a couple of tv series.
I'll meet them in the coming weeks, to see live how they watch content and at the same time looking at Jellyfin logs. But was wondering if anyone had the same issue?
Running version 10.11.8 on Debian.

I don't have but a handful of family members using Jellyfin. I do have a remote member stating he uses it all the time, but I see nothing in Reports. I have deleted his "device" in the admin tab for Devices and waiting of him to logon again to see if that makes a difference. This just started recently also.

EDIT: This seems to be happening only with the Folders "Home Videos and Photos".

LOL. In my case, my user member maybe BS'ing me saying he's using it but not. I don't know, "the jury is still out on this". Still waiting on him to log back in for my little test...

That was all I had. Other than yeah sometimes now matter how awesome and amazing your server is and how excited someone can seem to want to utilize it... they just don't. I have several people like that who've said they will use it and then never do. And pay for all the streaming. You can lead a horse to water but you can't eat him!

I still don't have enough info to add to this "issue/bug", still waiting for user member to log back on.

I wonder if this is what the OP is seeing also, just waiting for him to log back on also, lol.
