Users password

Good morning, 

I am looking for a solution so that users cannot change their passwords in their profiles and also use the Easy PIN Code option on all devices and web. 

Anyone have a solution?

as far as pin, unless i'm not understanding, you just go to dashboard -> users -> (username) -> password and set a pin
