VP9 videos are not playing on IOS Jellyfin

How do I play .webm VP9 with OPUS audio videos ? I am using the Jellyfin Docker on Linux. I am using the JF clients on IOS 17. None of the clients play this content I downloaded from youtube

I got help in the Discord server. It looks like my GPU is tool old for this.

try converting it to a different (playable) format with Handbrake
