In some of my movie collections, there are films that have a grey circle with a white movie camera icon in the top right corner (web interface). I have some collections with no such icons, I have some collections with multiple films that have the icon.

The icon doesn't show up in the normal 'movies' page for the same movies. Nothing within the film's page suggests to me a reason for the icon.

Can anyone tell me what the icon means?

I'm seeing the same thing. Here is screenshot:

The movies that show this icon, are also listed separately in my movies folder, despite my setting that collections, rather than individual movies be shown.

I see this on all 'part' movies and extras for other movies - I assumed it was there showing that the filetype is a movie and assumed I'd see a music note or a stills camera if it was that type of media.

Yeah. The camera icon indicates a special feature. Usually the extras you place in a movie's folder.

I can't figure out why it's showing on some of my movies. These are all movies with multiple versions. I get only one version of the movie added to the collection, and the one added to the collection shows this icon. It makes no sense to me.

i still have the same , the patern i seem to notice is thats its always the altered version of a movie , here in the screenshot by example, i have two interstellars, the ripped bluray i had, and then a H265 HEVC conv for streaming over the internet i made with handbrake, the file names are the following

bluray: interstellar (2014) MULTI VF EN 4K HDR  5.1
the conved version: interstellar (2014) MULTI VF EN 4K HDR  5.1 [4K conv]

and from what i noticed, ever movie i have that had a [4K conv] version had that version marked with that camera icon
