Why is the built-in metadata not working for my program's media library?

There are some buttons that don't work on my container

I cannot check the setting option of "prioritize using built-in episode information instead of file names" in my TV show media library. My containers don't have access to tmdb, so I edit the metadata ahead of time via tmm and then let jellyfin recognize it, but my media library can't check this option, and every time I check it and then click on the OK button, and then reclick on Manage Media Library, the button goes to unchecked status. Face-with-head-bandage I'm using a translation program, so some of the words may not be accurate Upside-down-face

Do you have access to TVDB or is that site blocked as well? OMDB?

Have you considered using a VPN to gain access to these databases?

It is my understanding that Jellyfin only supports some text formats for reading NFOs. Can you attach some sample NFOs that TMM generated? Use "New Reply" instead of "Quick Reply" to get the option to attach files.

    thanks for replay,
I haven't tried TVDB and omdb yet. I don't have experience deploying to nas server for vpn, so I'm not very good at it.
I set nfo to "generate jellyfin format" in tmm settings, and I checked that the name of nfo in the folder is tvshow. nfo,I took some pictures from the tvshow folder, and then uploaded an nfo source file, hoping to help. The NFO file type does not support uploading, so I saved it as txt。

i spent a few minutes comparing your screenshots to what jellyfin has documented, there are some inconsistencies

    https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows

    according to the doc
    Season_1 should be "Season 01"
the covers for seasons should be in Show/Season 01/cover.ext

a little vague as to which it wants for the main poster, poster.jpg may be fine or it may want ShowName.jpg or just "show.jpg"

recommend comparing everything to the documentation because i simply can't check all the variations

tvshow.nfo *should be correct according to the nfo doc https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/metadata/nfo
