Hi,
this is crazy for a few minutes intel_gpu_top was working. Then it stopped. I tried to make a screenshot but then it wasn't working any more. This is very fishy.

So I think its just my fault. I didn't know transcoding does not occur during the whole video playing. It bursts for a while and then stops. I don't know how to trigger the transcoding. But since it worked and CPU is down. I am very happy indeed! Is there a method to trigger transcoding?
