Looks like when JF scanned your media it didn't find any subs. Pick one of these files and re-scan but select "Replace all metadata".

Nothing, I also tried with other files but it still doesn't detect subtitles

I managed to solve
The issue was in my library configuration because Disable built-in subtitles was set to "None", but it needed to be set to "All".
