SOLVED: Embedded subtitles don't work on Jellyfin client and Web UI

Can you tell me why I can't set the subtitles on the Jellyfin client and on the Web UI?

    Hello guys,
probably this will be the stupidest question ever asked on this forum.
Can you tell me why I can't set the subtitles on the Jellyfin client and on the Web UI?
The subtitles are embedded in the MKV file.
On Kodi, however, I can use them without any problems.
Sorry guys, i'm new with Jellyfin.
    Thank you in advance.

Can you share your Jellyfin log with us via sourcebin? And the media info from the Jellyfin UI for these videos?

recommend a review of the forum rules https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-jellyfin-forum-rules

you should have redacted the filenames on your pirate media so we don't have to see where it came from and then we can pretend not to know

for the record, per forum rules, i don't care where your media comes from

Can you share the Media Info from the jellyfin UI? What kind of subs are these? PGS, ASS, DVDSUB? The transcode log didn't indicate it was burning them in. The main log doesn't show it extracting the sub (it was a direct play). Hard to say what is going on.

Sure, I hope they can be helpful.

    Jellyfin Media Info 1
    Jellyfin Media Info 2
    VLC Subtitles
    VLC Metatdata 1
    VLC Metatdata 2

I'll also provide you with the metadata taken directly from VLC, I hope they can be useful.
