Yep, it provides scaffolding and then lets you add additional lines (in this case, what I put above).

Okay, putting 172.18.0.2 as known proxy worked after I changed my host mappings from ip:port to just containing port.

But is the 172.18.0.2 static for npm or must I define that somewhere?
