Can you give /config, /cache, and transcodes their own folders within the Jelly folder? We want to make sure that they don't mix with each other. This will likely reset your install unless you move the existing files where they need to go.

OK, I did a fresh install and setup separate folders for config, cache and transcodes and everything works now.
