There's only an option to show collections in movie libraries. There's no equivalent for show libraries.

You can however mix shows and movies in a collection. All collections will be stored in the collection library tab that appears when you create your first one.

You just need to have a copy of the config folder which you'll link to the new container. Hopefully you host mounted the config folder to be on an accesible external location, otherwise you'll need to go into the Docker container to extract it.

Remember to copy it only when the server is turned off to avoid any possible database corruption.

The default behavior is that collections go in a separate "library".

I'm assuming (hoping) you provided a path on the host to mount /config to.  If you did, /config contains all your permanent Jellyfin data.  Backing up and restore just that folder will restore Jellyfin to its previous state.
