Is there any way for you to have HTTP/HTTPS on non-standard ports? Run them on something like 50080 and 50443, for example. Many consumer Internet plans don't allow or throttle incoming HTTP/HTTPS requests on port 80 and 443. I'm wondering if that is what is happening here.
