What is a black and white screen? The log you shared doesn't show anything was played.

I had the User Interface in the web for a minute, now it is just a blank screen

Ctrl+f5, clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window. There is probably an older, cached version of jellyfin-web in your browser.

I saw in my log somewhere that it dosent have the wwwroot file, which I think would probably be essential, so im going to try and re-install

Edit: That in fact, did not fix it

Negatory. Don't do that.

Do what I stated, clear your browser cache. The "no www root" message is harmless. Not sure where it originates from, but it appears in my log and everyone else's log. Both 10.9 and 10.10.

Well I tried private browsing tab, it didnt work and I tried clearing the cache but that didnt work either. I did try re-installing but that didnt work either

Farther up the log you will see that wwwroot is actually in /usr/share/jellyfin.

Code:
sudo apt list --installed | grep jellyfin

What is the output of that command?

It is infact still not there, and there is only the web folder with one json file in it
