Ok so IPv6 was already enabled so i tried turning it off did the restart and checked the TV and its Now working. Thank you so much for your help! is it fine to leave IPv6 disabled if its now working?

Did you enable it at some point? I re-read your log and I see messages about IPv6 being disabled in Jellyfin but enabled in the OS. Then they stopped after a restart.
Yes, it is fine. From what I can tell from the log, you don't have full IPv6 support on your router anyway. There's only a local IPv6 address.
