Hi, I just updated to v10.9.11 from v10.9.10 and now I can't connect to my server from my amazon firestick. Everything was working before the update. I haven't changed any settings and can't seem to figure out why I am unable to connect to it anymore. Never had this issue before when I updated to v10.9.10. Is there a way to download the older version to roll back to or has anyone else had this issue?

Can you describe your server setup? OS? Hardware specs? Are you using a reverse proxy? If so, which one and are you using https?

I did a basic set up of it to just run over the wifi, didn't really change any of the settings form the first install other than install a few plugins. Im using Windows 10, Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB ram. Media is all saved external HDD. dont know if this is the information you wanted? the address I have been trying to connect to is https://192.168.50.201:8096 when i have the server page up on the computer the url is http://localhost:8096

Is this a typo or are you using https when trying to connect from the Firestick?

port 8096 is not a https port. It is plain http. I know it retries various addresses, http and https, port 8096 and 8920, etc., but let's try manually typing in the correct address from the get go.

    http://192.168.50.201:8096

If that still doesn't work, could you share your full jellyfin log via pastebin?

For the record, 0.17.6 of our Android TV app now REQUIRES 10.9.11. Which it sounds like you did, but the log would reveal if something went wrong with the upgrade.

Go to Dashboard > Networking, in Jellyfin. Enable IPv6. Restart Jellyfin. Try again on your TV.
