Did you get the Arc A380 working with ESXi?
I have a Dell T3610 desktop that I use as a server.

Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz
Windows Server 2019
I'd like to fit an Intel Arc A series GPU in passthrough for transcoding, but I'm not sure about compatibility.

FYI - The Arc A380 doesn't fit in a Dell T3610 case.
There is a handle on the inside of the side panel that interferes with the PCIe slots and only half height cards can be accommodated.
I'm waiting for an ASROCK A310 to be delivered.
