What does "messed up" mean? What is the path with all your media?

there is a /home but that end with /home/homebridge or samantha but nothing passed that

Jellyfin does not have permission to read those directories. Jellyfin runs as its own user and your home directory is only accessible by your user. Same with the home directories of other users you may have.
Files that need to be shared with other users should be relocated outside of your home directory. /media is a common location to have shared files as it does not contain sensitive or private files.
