whatever MPV settings are, they're above my paygrade.
haven't tweaked anything.
I'll try again as I just updated to 10.10.7 server.

Can you clarify if your Mac is an Intel Mac or Apple Silicon Mac? And you installed the DMG appropriate for your architecture?
