Trouble Accessing Server outside of network - LimeJuice 758 - 2025-05-16 I am currently experiencing an issue with my Jellyfin setup. It runs really slow when I try to use my reverse proxy/dns name, to the point where videos stutter and then just don't play. But the moment I use my actual internal IP everything works perfectly I am using Duckdns, nginx and a vpn. So currently I can only access my jellyfin server if I am at home on the same network, using the internal IP. The moment I try to access it using the duckdns domain name whether I am on my network or not It instantly stops working and basically goes to a crawl. If so, what is your upload speed? Often a slow upload speed will require you to transcode your video to a lower bitrate.
