No authorized access User - silverplay - 2024-03-02

Error: "You are not authorized to access the server at this time. Please contact your server administrator for more information"

This problem happened the moment I changed my profile picture, I didn't change my password but apparently Jellyfin deleted it, now I don't have access to the administrator account, only the children's account, what can I do?

PS: I'm using a translator, sorry if it doesn't translate correctly

Can you share the jellyfin log with us? Post it to sourcebin or pastebin.

I tried the solution of changing from true to false and it gave me no results, I put my username and password again, and the same error still persists when trying to log in,
I also tried deleting the cache folder and I still have the same problem,
"JellyFin is being run on a Qnap"

Try logging into your admin account with an empty password. After changing your picture you most likely clicked saved by mistake, which would have deleted your password.

I already tried this too and it didn't work now after several attempts my children's account was also blocked

All of your accounts are locked. Follow our guide to unlock the admin account described here.

Thanks, I solved it with this manual, but the same problem happened again after a while, I guess it is some error with the Qnap operating system.

To ensure that all of this does not happen again, I created a new administrator, and I realize that the users are blocked when I want to use jellyfin on my TV, why would this happen?

Did you change your passwords recently? Do you have other devices that you forgot about that are trying to log in with the old password?

The password remains the same, do not change it
