Greetings.
I have a weird situation and being a total noob with Jellyfin I'm at loss at where and what to dig for. Any input on finding out the reason of the issue is appreciated.
===Issue(s)===
Both videos in questions can be viewed via web client from a computer.
When trying through a TV (Hisense) via DLNA the first video runs fine.
The second video changes the screen to playback screen with black screen instead of the image and a toast message "File not supported" appears. Both toast and playback screen disappear and it's back to folder menu.
Issue #2 - for troubleshooting, to exclude issues with filepath I moved both test files in a same test folder. Did library scan. None of the files can be played on TV, including the one which runs fine in its original location. I mean for both videos I have the "file not supported" scenario.
===Setup===
Jellyfin v10.9.7 runs on a Proxmox VE in a LXC container (before that I tried it in a docker on a LXC on the same Proxmox with same issue there).
Media is a on OMV SMB share which is mounted on Proxmox host and granted to LXC container.
Proxmox runs on a Dell Optiplex 5060 (not sure if that's relevant though).
Video files' codecs info is in the screenshots attached.
First video is played fine with no entries in jellyfinlog.

Thanks for an advice. Gave it a try but didn't notice any difference. (Changed the string in the profile file, admin, dashboard, restart server, try the files - same result as before.)

Can you try this profile? Replace the name, though. It is one of the default profiles that the DLNA plugin comes with.

I copied Samsung Smart TV profile, changed the identification section in a way that my TV was identified and made sure this profile is being applied to it.
Tested the profile file, nope didn't make any difference.

I don't normally use DLNA, but I THINK one of my TVs supports DLNA. I'll setup my server, but I won't have time until Friday night to test this out. I'll get back to you then unless someone else responds.

Unfortunately, I could not find the network dongle for my TV so I wasn't able to do any testing.

Thanks for trying though.
I've tested some videos copying them to a USB stick and playing them on the TV like that.
Video 1 runs fine, video 2 - runs fine as well, another video brings up exactly the same toast "File not supported".
Which makes me think it's not the jellyfin not transcoding something correctly (that's why I can find nothing in the logs) but some stuff on the network level in the proxmox - lxc - docker - jellyfin - TV chain.
Too lazy to run wireshark, so I guess I'll just run a Firestick and a browser.
