Hi, I have a problem that I can't solve, all the video files after being uploaded are automatically deleted the next day by the Jellyfin software. Video files are deleted from folders on the hard disk

How are you running Jellyfin?
Sounds like you have your media files somewhere in the cache or transcodes directory.

Thanks for the reply. How do I show you how I handle Jellifyn? I have the video files on the internal hard drive. I don't understand why I put them on and the next day I can't find them there anymore

Can you explain on what system you installed Jellyfin on?
How did you deploy the Jellyfin server?
