Can't find mapped drive - Slider1385 - 2024-08-21 Hey All, hopefully this is an easy one, but I've been struggling. Simple setup, I have Jellyfin running on Windows (non-service) and have a NAS box running Windows as well. I've mapped two hard drives from the Win10 NAS to the Jellyfin PC, but they won't show in the "ADD MEDIA", I had it working a few months ago, but then it just stopped working on me. Any advice? As long as you assigned a drive letter and your user has permissions to access the share, I don't see why jellyfin wouldn't also have access to them. As long as jellyfin runs as admin or as your user. RE: Can't find mounted drive - Slider1385 - 2024-08-22 I tried a new install a few times as well as re-mounting the drives. I'd imagine it's a permission issue? But I have no issue navigating to the mounted drives in windows explorer and adding/editing any files on the mounted drives. The user name i use on the NAS is different than the one on the jellyfin server PC, could that be an issue? RE: Can't find mounted drive - TheDreadPirate - 2024-08-22 Maybe. I've never tried that.
