Cannot Play Medial Files-Fatal Player Error - Melanie - 2024-08-25
Hello,
I am having issues playing my media file on Jellyfin current version updated new hard drive as well no issues with the drive but when I click play in the file I get an error ftal player error? Can anyone please help a lady out? Windows all updated I am attaching logs hope someone can help me asap

I Am Using Windows 11 64 Bit Pro
Jellyfin V. 10.9.10 Current Release AMD
How can I se the drive permission any hints? Where would I need to go?

The problem is I clicked on properties there is no security for my drive it is Exfat drive? How can I get to that?

Do you have space on other drives so that you can reformat this drive as NTFS? I can't find any consensus whether Windows can set/change permissions on an exFAT drive.
If you don't, I'll have to get back to you. When I get home I'll do some testing.

So added new drive with music it recognise the disk cedar but won’t play same issues?
This for sure Jellyfin issues in Windows?
