nvidia Shield Issue - chris49056z5_23 - 2024-10-13 Hi all, New here but been lurking for a while now. Been running JF on a Windows PC for ages and on the TV via nvidia shield for ages. All of a sudden, the shield is not finding the server on the local network. Tried deleting on the Shield and re-entering IP etc, nothing. As far as I am aware, nothing has changed here, ideals greatly appreciated. Chris RE: nvidia Shield Issue - azianxbaka - 2024-10-13 Can you connect to your server using any other device on your local network? Have you tried connecting to ethernet? I've had this issue before, the dumb way I solved it was to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi (forget wifi and re-enter password) I'm definitely not an expert on networking, but network could be looping. https://www.reddit.com/r/ccna/comments/923uzo/can_someone_help_explain_how_and_when_a_network/ RE: nvidia Shield Issue - TheDreadPirate - 2024-10-13 Double check that your network is set to private. And you can check the firewall status for jellyfin by doing the following. Click Start > type Resource Monitor > click on the Network tab > expand the Listening Ports table. Find jellyfin.exe on port 8096. What is in the "Firewall status" column? |
