Help with Breakdown Reporting - troothdotcom - 2024-12-04

I am running Jellyfin 10.10.3 on the lastest version of Ubuntu Server and when I go look at the Breakdown Reporting the data doesn't change regardless what dates or weeks or chosen. There are new movies and users that show up with the same data no matter what changes I make. I know this is trivial but it is important to me. Is there a way to fix this or is there a different plugin that would work best for this?
Thanks in advance.

You mean the Playback Reporting plugin?

How many days have you had this plugin installed? By default, it doesn't appear to show results for the current date set in "End date". I set the "End date" to tomorrow and then it start stat break downs for today.

Yes, Playback Reporting. I have had the plugin with I started this instance of Jellyfin so about 6 months now. I don't believe its working well because there are movies and users that I just added within the month and it doesn't matter how far back I go said users and movies still come up with the values changing maybe by 1 to 3 numbers. They shouldn't be there even just a month ago
