Im using Debian 12, Jellyfin 10.10.7 version. When i try to identify a new folder for it to get metadata, it takes forever and at the end it does nothing. It takes forever to show me the shows metadata to identify and at the end it does nothing. also, it takes unusually long to scan my library which consists of only 7 movies and 2 shows which in total the shows amount to 10 episodes in total. i am trying to create a new folder for a new series but the season folder doesnt show up. On top of that, i might add that everything else still works fine, meaning i can watch without problem my previously set up media, its just the new stuff that now i cant make it show up.

First the Libary type "Mixed Movies and Series" is bit dodgy if possible seperate Movies and Series into different library's.

Did you follow the naming scheme?

    https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows/

What metedata provider are you using? And what country are you from?

https://imgur.com/a/lZmHSsy im using the proper naming scheme. i am from Colombia but i have metadata from USA. im using all the default metadata providers in jellyfin. never had an issue until recently

https://imgur.com/deNyDnI this is how it looks for me when i open jellyfin on the browser. no metadata, im not even able to play the episode it shows me and when i go to my mix, it doesnt even show me the seasons. https://imgur.com/UPzHNAh

hmm can you do a "Refresh Metadata" on Dragenball Z .

Wait 2min and then post the output of:
    journalctl -u jellyfin -n 200

Again, what is your metadata provide under library settings?

Try setting "The open movie database" as the primary source and refresh the library... then try:

    sudo journalctl -u jellyfin -n 200

(I forgot that needs to be run with root/sudo)
