Fast Forward 30s?

I use the arrow keys to fast forward or rewind to skip parts of videos i'm not interested in watching.
For some time now, "Fast Forward" skips 30 seconds instead of the 10s it used to skip before, and the "Rewind" still only steps 10s.

Is this desired behaviour? 
Is there any way to configure it? (I'd like it to always be 10s)

That's a configurable setting. On the homepage of the webUI. Click on your user profile (top right). Select playback then change it using the Skip forward length option.
