JellyfinUpscalerPlugin - anyone tried it?

I was goodling upscaling recently and came across this plugin - but there's almost zero info online I can find about benchmarks, how it looks etc?

Has anyone tried it yet?  My server is an Intel N5095 with iGPU so I'm not so keen on installing if it's not going to be 'usable' on my system.
