Playback failed due to a fatal player error

Hi everyone,

I went through the forum and couldn't find a solution to my issue. 

I am facing playback failed due to a fatal player error. I am running JF on docker compose on Windows machine. Please help

volumes: (ignore spaces)
      - jellyfin-config: /config
      - jellyfin-cache: /cache
      - D: /nextcloud/Movies: /media/movies:ro
