I had a horrible little USB Wifi device when I had started my Jellyfin server on my personal PC and I finally replaced it with a PCIE Wifi card recently. I've just noticed, however that now I cannot connect to my Jellyfin server through my phone or my Android TV. I'm sure it's a simple fix but after searching the internet and the forums I can't find anything on it. I should mention that I can connect to my server through the web on my PC just fine. It's just the other devices that don't connect

So accessing the Jellyfin server on the same pc it's running on doesn't use the network at all, It will work even with networking disabled.

What probably happened is your local ip address changed when you switched to the new network adapter.

On you TV open Jellyfin, You'll see to the right of the add account button a computer name with a ip address below it, click that and then under discovered servers on the right you'll see a PC name and ip address, click that and you should be able to sign in.

You can prevent this in the future by assigning a static ip address to your server in your router, that way the local ip address will always be the same.

Thank you so much! It worked Smiling-face. I wish I could add a static IP to my router but I cannot use the access I'm using as it isn't mine. Thank you so much regardless!
