I have seen this issue in different places, but I have not been able to resolve it myself. I'm running Jellyfin 10.10.7 on Ubuntu 24, with caddy 2 as a reverse proxy and it has been working fantastic generally. But on my phone, when I'm connected to ProtonVPN, the Jellyfin app cannot reach my server address. I then went to my firefox browser on the phone and it loaded fine when I put in the server address. This makes me think that it's hosting fine, and that the reverse proxy is working fine, but the Jellyfin app isn't working well with ProtonVPN. I used split tunneling to allow the Jellyfin app to not go through the VPN and it worked on the app, but ideally, I'd like it to run through the VPN particularly due to how Jellyfin uses the urls with the API key. If there's any other logs or anything that would be helpful let me know and I'll post them. Thanks.
