Jellyfin Transcoding issue

So I set up Jellyfin on my UGreen NAS DXP 4800, was watching a movie on it today and noticed there were random glitches in spots of the movie. If we rewinded, those glitches would show in the exact same spot. 

Upon some further investigation I found if I changed my Transcode settings I could make it a little better but not much

Im using Docker, and have tried some TS I've found both in these forums and elsewhere to no avail.

• I've done is confirm that the right Hardware transcoding is on (Intel QuickSync (QSV)) 
  
• Tried setting the QSV Device to /dev/dri/renderD128 as directed by some other guide
  
• confirmed Graphics card performance is on in the docker container (see above picture) 
  
  
  
  

Not really sure where to go from here to try and resolve this

Check [Prefer OS native DXVA or VA-API hardware decoders] in the dashboard to see if it helps.
