Hey all, I'm using Jellyfin version 10.10.7 running on Ubuntu on a 2018 mac mini. It works great for most of what I need it to do. Now I'm trying to get it working with an old Playstation 3 I had lying around so I can watch shows on the bedroom tv. I got the DLNA plugin setup and it's working, except I can't play/pause the video. If I didn't care about that, I could just let it play, except sometimes I like to pause it for whatever reason, or often I'll fast forward through the intro, but it's not letting me do that. I don't know if this is a Jellyfin problem or a PS3 problem, and I don't even know where to start. Maybe because it's being transcoded it won't let me pause? I also tried Movian since I can use homebrew software with HEN, but I couldn't get that to work at all. The audio plays, but the video plays at what looks like .1fps (at least I can pause it). Looking at the logs, it looks like it's not transcoding when sending it to Movian, but it does when sending it to the regular XMB player. So I either need to figure out A) how to enable pausing and transport controls in the XMB player, or B) how to make sure it transcodes to Movian. Anyone have any ideas?
