Need Help Installing OpenCL on Debian Trixie with Intel Arc

I'm messing around with Hardware Acceleration and found that I cant play HEVC, I narrowed it down to my apparent lack of 'intel-opencl-icd'. So I've been trying and struggling to get it manually installed (from Intel compute-runtime repository) & working on my system. I have an "Sparkle Intel Arc A310" running on Debian 13 (Trixie) on Jellyfin v.10.10.7. (not docker version)  but i some things seem to be missing:

 " -Error: Unable to locate package intel-igc-core-2
-Error: Unable to locate package intel-igc-opencl-2"

My head hurts, and not sure how to proceed, if anyone would be kind enough to offer some insight it would be greatly appreciated!


What originally led my down this path was   "Playback Failed Due To A Fatal Player Error.", whenever I try to play HEVC videos.
(Unchecking HEVC (10-BIT) does allow me to play videos with hardware acceleration enabled, but there are some with issues higher quality videos as my computer is relatively old)
