Bug ? Can't update nor load plugins page when wrong url is set

Hi everyone,

I've installed a few plugins yesterday and since I restarted JF (10.11.1), I am not able to browse to the plugins page (and the plugin update is broken).If I understand well the logs below, I've probably made a wrong copy/paste (forgot the "h" in "https") ? Is that right ? If so, how can I fix that ?
