My system had an old version (10.8.13) for some reason; update didn't show a newer version. I followed instructions here (https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/instal...erivatives), thinking it would just install updated repo, and then I could see what versions would be available through that. But it continued, without giving me a chance to back out, to upgrade to 10.11.1. Jellyfin wouldn't load. I uninstalled 10.11.1.
How do I fix this? Based on the jellyfin blog post, warning against upgrading with earlier versions, I think I need to reinstall 10.8.13, then upgrade to 10.10.7, then upgrade to 10.11.1. However, I don't know how to install an older version and couldn't find the answer after some searching. (Tried this command from jellyfin docs:
sudo apt install jellyfin=<version> jellyfin-server=<version> jellyfin-web=<version>. But it says versions not available for either 10.8.13 or 10.10.7)
