No fallback from Dolby vision to hdr and transcoding to sdr

Hi, I have two similar set ups. Both with a Homatics r 4k plus but different tv. One Dolby vision and the other HDR onyl. In the Dolby vision one all works as expected but in the HDR one with movies with Dolby vision and HDR in the same file do not fallback to HDR and jellyfin show a message: Player error encountered. will re-try. Them the movie plays but in sdr and transcoding. I'm running jellyfin in docker, last version and my android tv app is updated too.
If a play a movie with hdr10+ plays without problem.
