I've upgraded to 10.11.1, no issue in the process.
After the upgrade, I have many cases where the CPU usage goes to 99% when transcoding a video file (usually because of subtitles).
I have a lag before Jellyfin starts playing the video (longer than with 10.10.7) and then it freezes, or alternatively it starts playing the video.
The CPU stays at 99% all this time, so the system can't play the video properly (it plays a second of video, it freezes for 5 sec, play another second, etc..).
If I remove the subs it goes successfully in DirectPlay, no issue there.
I'm playing relatively small files, around ~2-8 GB, on a mini PC with a N5105, 8GB RAM, Ubuntu 24.04, Jellyfin installed bare metal.
On 10.10.7 it was playing almost everything, some delays before the transcoded video would start, but then it would be more than stable.
Attached a log of one of the transcodes that goes to 99% CPU, let me know if you need more details.
