When you download a file like "Magazine #1.pdf" the file name gets truncated. Only "Magazine" remains.
You can of course rename the file and then open it with a PDF reader app (at least since iOS/iPadOS 26), so this is a minor issue.
Nevertheless, it's a bug.
Downloading via a browser works fine, also with Safari on the iPad.
