All 2 users stopped working (password/ name wrong)

I am running jellyfin 10.10.7 on a windows machine. After a restart (due to windows update) i can not login anymore in any of my 2 accounts (one admin one normal).
On both it tell wrong user /password.

I am accessing from remote or local via a reverse proxy. But i also tried on the windows machine via localhost.

If i try to reset password (from localhost) i get message that i should try from local network :-|.
   

i would like to avoid a complete reset of server (how this would work?)
is there a way to get into the server again - and how to avoid in future?

I just check the sqlite database: for some reason: The user table does not have aby user: all users gone. This explains of course why login and reset failed. But why the hack all users are gone?
Restarting with wizzard, try to setup a user: 500 Error processing request.
