    Hi:

I have an issue regarding the dashboard that started manifesting some weeks ago (can't really say if it was after a server update, I noticed the issue when it probably had already started some days before). When any device (regardless of the user or client) watches or listens to content, the playback status is shown on the dashboard, but the movie doesn't progress. I have to refresh the dashboard for it to show how much the movie has progressed, but still stays freezed. Also, the playback controls that usually are displayed under every device connected are not there anymore. It's not a issue that breaks something important, but it's kind of annoying. So far it happens with every client I've tried (iOS, JMP, WebOS client, browsers).

I've researched a bit and everywhere it says that it could be a server time sync issue, or a version mismatch between server and web client. The time is synced via ntp, server and web client version is the same (10.11.4), and I've also cleared the cache of everything. Also logged out every client, reinstalled them and logged in again, with no results. In other words, I've done everything that's suggested when this issue happens, but it persists.

Any idea of how to troubleshoot this? Would logs be useful in this case?

    Thanks in advance!
