JellyPlayer: A Modern Desktop client for Jellyfin. V1.0.0-alpha01

This is the first alpha 01 release to JellyPlayer.

NOTE: This is an alpha release and is bound to have a ton of bugs.

Currently, there are no plans for android tv but if Tauri starts supporting android tv development then I will look into android tv client.
