Jellyfin WebOS app not available in EU?

After a recent install of Jellyfin i wanted to see if it can also be installed on the LG TV in our living room.

Jellyfin provides an app for WebOS that can be installed, unfortunately it seems the app is not available in the EU?
Searching in the Content Store (Dutch region setting) and it does not show up.

Is my only option to install the app via developer mode or is there something else i can do?
I don't think changing the Service region on my TV will work, as only countries within the EU are available to select.

WebOS-TV version: 3.9.2-6270908
Model: OLED55C7V-Z

The webOS app is currently available for webOS v5+, your tv has v3.9.2

Ah i see, i thought 06.10.30 was the version for the app.
