SOLVED: Transcoding help

JF is 0.15.11 which to my knowledge is the latest, and the TV OS is updating as we speak. I downloaded the app on my Iphone 12 pro to see if it was a tv issue, and it seems to be a JF issue with transcoding. Something isn't cooperating and I'm at a loss.

edit: got my phone to play a 4k video at 1080 - 10 Mbps with stable frames. I'm not so sure why it is incapable of transcoding 4k to the phone or Tv out of the blue. Odd...

I'm not 100% on the ins and outs of JF server on Windows. The logs says that it starting ffmpeg and the transcodes are being written to disk, no problem....but is the web server running as a different user? And it can't read the transcode directory?

uhhhhh, I just deleted the app and signed back in. Everything as of right now works perfectly. I swear tech and I love to piss each other off lmao, I'm switching back to my old career of graphic design. This soft launch into IT has been a headache. I love tinkering, but I'm not having fun troubleshooting for hours LMFAO.
